Abstract Submission (Poster)

  • Submissions open from: January 21st, 2025
  • Deadline: April 30th, 2025.

Title: There is no maximum length for titles; however, keep titles focused and include key terms.

Authors list and affiliation: Please include only authors that contributed to the work presented in the poster. The compulsory details are: Affiliation (organisation), Country, First name, and Last name. Please mark only one author as the presenter. Each conference attendee might submit up to 2 posters (irrespective of symposium presentation) at the conference.

Abstract: Maximum 350 words. The word limit does not include the title or author details of the abstract. The abstract must be written in English and present a concise and full description of the work including background, hypotheses, experimental procedures, analysis pipeline, a statistical analysis and results when applicable. However, subsections should not be explicitly indicated in the abstract.  Limit the use of abbreviations to the cases when: (a) it is conventional and readers are likely to be more familiar with the abbreviation than with the complete form and (b) considerable space can be saved and cumbersome repetition avoided (as in APA guidelines). Further, not commonly used abbreviations (of compounds, for example) must be spelled out in full at the first use.
